  1. Check to see if the water emptied from the white bucket was dirty after cleaning. If it’s still clean, the machine has not been set up properly.
  2. If it was, then the machine is working and you may just need to redo the job to get better results. There is only so much you can expect from the machine. If the carpets haven’t been cleaned for a long time, it’s going to take a bit more elbow grease to get them as good as new again.

Normally around 3 hours. This depends on air flow and temperature. Drying times in Winter extend to around 5 hours.

To speed up drying, open all windows to create an air flow current.

It is advised that cleaning occurs at least every six months. This ensures that your carpets look the best they can and that dust mites are removed. It can be used more but it is advised that carpets are deep cleaned at least twice a year. Regular carpet cleaning helps with allergies people have and thus makes the home environment healthier.

The machine is capable of cleaning all hard floor surfaces provided they are not porous in nature. This is due to the fact the chemical is a liquid and if the surface is porous it will just absorb the chemical. The machine must not be used on parquet flooring.

We are solely in the self hire market. We do not have contract teams to come out and carry out the cleaning. We offer a safer, cheaper alternative to so called “professional” cleaning teams. It is safer as you don’t need to give strangers access to your home, and you have peace of mind that the products you receive from Cleaning Clinic are top quality (SABS and ISO 9002 compliant) and developed primarily with carpet care in mind.

To register as a user, click here or on Register at the top of the Cleaning Clinic website and create an account. We’ll need your full name, e-mail address, a password of 5 characters, your gender and at least one contact number.

1. Find the product you wish to buy

When you find a product that interests you, click the title or name of the product to see its details, options and availability.

2. Add to cart

Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added a product to your shopping cart, you can go back and keep searching and adding to your cart. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the blue cart (shopping bag) button at the top right of any page on the Cleaning Clinic website.

You can also add products to your Wish List, which is a handy list of all the products that you do not want to check out with immediately, or which are out of stock but that you want to remember for later. You can move products between your shopping cart and your Wish List. Products must be in your shopping cart for you to check out.

3. Checkout

3.1. Click Proceed to Checkout after you’ve reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.

3.2. If prompted, sign into your account or create a new account if this is your first order.

3.3. Choose your delivery method:

3.4. Choose your payment method. Be sure to apply any gift vouchers or coupon codes you want to use on your order.

3.5. Review your order details and complete payment using the options available.

Payment

Payment can be made via:

Exchanges and Returns

1. Log your exchange return request on the website

Login to your Cleaning Clinic account on the website and initiate the exchange or return process by completing the online request form.

2. Prepare and return parcel

Pack the product in its original packaging, and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit.

Remember that if you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you must have the original product packaging – which must be intact and undamaged.

Please include the return reference (the RRN number at the top of your email) in or on the outside of the parcel so that we can easily identify your return.

Products must be returned to 421 York Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg, 2194. Alternatively, Cleaning Clinic can facilitate the return at the customer’s expense.

3. Exchange or replacement / account credited

Once your returned product has been validated by Cleaning Clinic, your account will be credited, unless you have requested a replacement or an exchange.

Once your Cleaning Clinic account has been credited, you can use the credit towards other purchases on the website.

Alternatively, once you have received confirmation that your account has been credited, you can request a refund instead of the credit.

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used (less a 10% handling fee) – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account.

If you are returning a sale product, the reduced price paid at the time of the transaction will be refunded back to you less the 10% handling fee.

In general, once we have received the returned product, your return request will be processed within 10 days. Once your returned product has been validated, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement, refund or an exchange. Please note there is a 10% handling fee on all returned products.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received at our warehouse.

Shipping and Delivery

We, unfortunately, can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email.

Orders Under R850 are charged a delivery fee of R200

If you’re not able to receive your package personally you are welcome to address the delivery to a different recipient by updating the delivery address details. For further assistance you can ask us a question here.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy. All cancellations will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
